WITH SARAH LOUISE

Jungle Dance is an embodied movement practice that guides you out of your mind and back into your body where your truth lives. Through intuitive, free-form movement and deeply held space, you are invited to soften conditioning, release self-judgment, and reconnect with your most natural way of being. This is not about performances, or doing it right. It’s about listening, feeling, and letting the body lead moving from limitation into liberation.

What is Jungle Dance

Jungle Dance is a soulful movement practice rooted in intuition, embodiment, and nervous-system safety. Each class offers a space where you can drop out of thinking and into feeling, allowing the body to move in the way it naturally wants to move.

There is no choreography to follow and no expectation to perform. You are guided to reconnect with your internal compass and trust your own rhythm, expression, and pace.

Why Jungle Dance

So many of us move through life disconnected from our bodies, holding tension, suppressing emotion, and shaping ourselves to fit expectations.

Jungle Dance gently unwinds this.

As you move, layers of conditioning begin to fall away, old stories, judgments, and pressures, revealing the realness underneath. Confidence doesn’t come from pushing or fixing yourself here; it comes from remembering who you already are.

This space is for you if you're longing to

  • Feel at home in your body again

  • Release stress, tension, and emotional holding

  • Move without being watched, corrected, or judged

  • Reconnect with intuition and inner trust

  • Experience freedom, expression, and embodiment

  • Feel joyful, blissful and alive

  • Feel connected, grounded

  • Feel a deep sense of belonging within yourself

  • Have some fun

About Sarah Louise

I’m Sarah Louise, an intuitive guide and lifelong healer, passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies and lives.

Over the years, I’ve explored many healing paths, astrology, meditation, energy work, mindset and nervous-system work, including guiding people beyond the physical body into expanded states of awareness. That work is powerful, and it matters.

But we’re now being called into the next phase of healing.

An age of embodiment.

We don’t just want to understand anymore,  we want to feel. To move. To live what we’ve learned and land fully in the body.

That’s what led me to Jungle Dance, an embodied, soul-led movement practice that brings together healing, freedom, joy, and community. It’s deep yet light, powerful yet playful, grounding yet expansive.

This is where we come home to ourselves.
In the body. In the movement. In the now.

"For the first time, sensuality felt safe. Not for others. Not a show. Just me, in my body, without same. Jungle Dance helped me remember that."
